Wanted Goons overhaul roster with three changes

On June 24th, James "Jachro" Brooks announced three additions to Wanted Goons' ranks, seeing the squad return to full strength after a number of departures in recent weeks. The new members of the ESEA Advanced lineup are Matthew "MJB" Bussell, Nathaniel "neight" Bell, and Julien "Gurtzz" Grotegut, who have joined the roster alongside Jachro and Dustin "BATSPEED" Haberstumpf.

Wanted Goons' roster shuffle began on May 23rd when Joshua "LittleBEER" Stuckley and Mathew "Linkster" Link stepped down from the team following the squad's failure to make ESEA Advanced Season 49 playoffs following a 6-8 regular season. This was followed by Tianyi "kajohnray" Tan also leaving the team on June 2nd to look for a new home.

With three holes to fill, Wanted Goons looked towards three players with previous Advanced experience. MJB joins the team after spending last season with CarbonX, while neight joins after playing under Artemis. Both players also missed Advanced playoffs with a similar record to Wanted Goons, so they will likely hope joining forces will improve their fortunes.

The final piece of the puzzle is Gurtzz, who's last team was Classes before it disbanded in November 2023. He has been largely inactive since then, but spent last season down in ESEA Main with a team called Sassy Sunshines.
