Cloud9 Major-winning core set to play ESEA Summer 2021 Cash Cup 5
The core of the former Cloud9 ELEAGUE Major Boston 2018 roster is set to reunite on a temporary basis this weekend, as Jake "Stewie2K" Yip, Tarik "tarik" Celik, and Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham will play together during ESEA Summer 2021 Cash Cup 5.
Rounding out the roster is Stewie2K's Liquid teammate Michael "Grim" Wince and Extra Salt player Justin "FaNg" Coakley.
The quartet are set to play as Moe's Gummies, after Mohamad "mOE" Assad, who is riding on the team's ESEA page alongside former Cloud9 coach Soham "valens" Chowdhury. Notably, this will be Skadoodle's first time competing in an official competition since mid-2019, having played a few events that year after stepping down from Cloud9 in 2018.
The remainder of the team have been fairly active in the player break, having recently played in Mythic Content Cup 2021 last weekend. In that off-season cup, FaNg's Under 23 mix bested Stewie2K and tarik's LULQUID mix in the finals.

ESEA Summer 2021 Cash Cup 5 is set to start today at 1:55 PM EDT. Moe's Gummies will potentially face off against a number of signed up Premier teams including Bad News Bears, GGPR, and Party Astronauts.
