FLUFFY AIMERS complete overhaul with three additions
FLUFFY AIMERS have completed a lengthy overhaul of their roster, seeing Nelvin "nooz" Gonzalez and Brett "brett" Rhein join the roster while Israel "LEARSI" Vargas has been benched and Fern "intra" Hak released from the team. Additionally, Ahmed "ayy" Mahmoud has been signed as the team's coach and manager, taking on the role after acting as a stand-in for the team during the past eight weeks of ESL Challenger League Season 47.
The changes to FLUFFY AIMERS' ranks come after LEARSI had been conspicuously absent from the starting lineup since early March, while intra has also been seen dipping in and out of the roster in recent times. Overall, it has been a relatively chaotic season for FLUFFY AIMERS as they have fielded seven players in various configurations.
This has had the expected effect in ECL, where the team sit towards the bottom of the standings with a 4-8 record. However, the team is still early in their season, so this new roster may have arrived just in time for the team to course correct.
ayy's proper return to FLUFFY AIMERS sees the Canadian take up his former coaching role before his disastrous move to Damian "EMIYA" Boulware's Rocket lineup. He is joined by his former Rocket teammate in nooz, who is also likely looking for a fresh start. The final piece, brett, is set to take over IGL duties for the team moving forward. brett was formerly part of BOSS' lineup that attended the PGL Major Copenhagen Americas RMR, being recently cut from the team in favor of Justin "FaNg" Coakley.
FLUFFY AIMERS are now:
-
Jason "Jason" Garcia
-
Diego "sacrifice" Camacho
-
Darius "PNDLM" Bandali
-
Nelvin "nooz" Gonzalez
-
Brett "brett" Rhein
-
Ahmed "ayy" Mahmoud (Coach/Manager)
-

FLUFFY AIMER's first match with their new roster in ECL is scheduled to be against Limitless on May 9th.
