f4stzin loaned to Imperial; Yeah reduced to three
Yeah player Arthur "f4stzin" Schmitt has been loaned out to Brazilian side Imperial, as part of a large overhaul of the latter team's roster. The move sees him link up with veteran players such as Lincoln "fnx" Lau, Caio "zqk" Fonseca and Gustavo "SHOOWTiME" Gonçalves, all of whom also spent time playing CS:GO abroad in North America.
While not explicitly stated in the announcement, fnx has stepped down from the starting roster, allegedly due to his participation in Brazilian reality TV show De Férias com Ex Brasil Celebs (On Vacation with Brazilian ex-Celebrities).
The move also further depletes a Yeah roster that may be on its last legs, as Eduardo "dumau" Wolkmer parted the team a few days ago, and is tied to Ricardo "dead" Sinigaglia new project which is reportedly in advanced talks with GODSENT. The team also pulled out of participating in ESEA Premier Season 36, with their spot falling to Filip "Feedalee" Mitevski and Rise. Meanwhile, Brandon "bew" Roberts and Rodrigo "RCF" Caponero are both standing-in for High Coast in this weekend's Mythic Winter Cup.
The new year has also seen Victor "iDk" Torraca return to Yeah's books after being loaned to Imperial, while Alef "tatazin" Pereira is now part of RED Canids.
Imperial are now:
- Caio "zqk" Fonseca
- Gustavo "SHOOWTiME" Gonçalves
- Guilherme "piria" Barbosa
- Cristopher "ckzao" Chalus
- Arthur "f4stzin" Schmitt (Loan)
- Caio "rkz" Sinigaglia (Coach)
- Lincoln "fnx" Lau (Inactive)
While Yeah have been reduced to:
- Rodrigo "RCF" Caponero
- Michael "Swisher" Schmid
- Brandon "bew" Roberts
- Guilherme "mza" Donini (Coach)
- Victor "iDk" Torraca (Inactive)
The new Imperial lineup will make their debut this weekend in the WESG Latin America qualifier, but they will be using Guilherme "dukeN" Góes in place of f4stzin.
