ECL Season 46 playoff bracket revealed
ESL has announced the playoff bracket for ESL Challenger League Season 46's final stage of play. The ten qualified teams will partake in a double-elimination tournament with the bottom four starting in the lower bracket in one week's time. The teams are competing for two spots at ESL Pro League Season 19 along with a $100,000 prize pool.
The opening matches are:
Upper Bracket Round 1
Unjustified vs Party Astronauts Evil Geniuses vs Nouns
Lower Bracket Round 1 Fluffy Aimers vs Take Flyte Badass vs Mythic
The winners of the upper bracket matchups will face M80 and BOSS, respectively, while the losers will play the winners of the lower bracket round. All matches will be best-of-three affairs bar the grand final, which will be a best-of-five with the team hailing from the upper bracket gaining a one-map default advantage. These first four matches start concurrently at 08:00PM on December 5th.
