ESL Impact Season 4 qualifiers start today; sign-ups are still open

If you play Counter-Strike and are a woman, this is your chance.

ESL Impact Season 4 has its official start set for September 13th, but the qualifiers for the Regional Divisions start today, with the last games scheduled to be played on August 20th.

There are already four teams waiting in the group stage, those being FlyQuest RED, Evil Geniuses Gold, Shimmer, and Detonate SparX, which doesn't have an active lineup at the moment of publication.

At the time of writing, there are ten teams signed up, with some of the biggest names being Totsugeki, FLUFFY AIMERS White, and Karma, with the last being a team coming from VALORANT, whose IGL is Emmalee "EMUHLEET" Garrido, a well-known game of the women's scene in North America. Karma also has Olga "olya" Kryvulych, one of the best players on the former Saints roster.

From each qualifier, two teams will secure a spot in the group stage of the North American division, joining the invited teams in a single group of eight. Out of those eight teams, the top two will advance to the ESL Impact Season 4 Finals in Valencia, during the second weekend of December. The top four will receive invites for the ESL Impact Season 5 North American division.

The sign-ups for today's qualifier close at 05:45PM, meaning you can still participate if you have a team of five women. ESL requires all players to join their GGFORALL Discord server, to be unmuted, and to have a webcam on during all games, in order to assure total competitive integrity.

If you don't or can't play, you can always catch the games on Parks' Twitch channel, as well as Floofys' and snik1e's
