So few Americans are left, can Grim save us all?

Americans grouped together for BLAST Fall

Liquid are EU, and thus, playing with their EU friends.

Two of the more exciting teams coming out of the offseason are Evil Geniuses and Complexity, thanks to their recent changes made in the last week. With Evil Geniuses, they almost completely wiped the board clean and promoted their EG Black roster while Complexity went for a heavy hitter by grabbing five-time Top 20 Players of the Year placer Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski for Justin "FaNg" Coakley.

Complexity, now without their resident Canadian, are an American-majority squad for the first time in a long time. They will be looking to restore some honor to the country that has been searching for success. Now without Liquid as the top team from the region, Complexity are looking to step up and fill some very big shoes.

For the upcoming BLAST Premier Fall Groups, Complexity and Evil Geniuses have been placed in Group A, alongside Vitality and Ninjas in Pyjamas. The two American squads who have already undergone changes will be facing off against a firepower-boosted Vitality and a newly-Swedish NIP. For both organizations, they will have to shake off any sort of new-roster jitters if they hope to find success in their first matches.

As for the newly European (but still having two North American stars in the lineup) Liquid, they will be playing in Group C against much stronger competition in the form of G2, FaZe (who also have one North American), and the reformed OG. Liquid are hoping to impress fans that feel spurned by their departure to Europe but face stiff competition.
