Official: FaNg placed on Complexity bench

Complexity has made their first announcement in the ever-hectic player break shuffle with the benching of rifler Justin "FaNg" Coakley, ending an 18-month run with the Canadian in the starting lineup. The sending of FaNg to the bench also ends the even longer-tenured trio including Ricky "floppy" Kemery and Johnny "JT" Theodosiou, which dates as far back as January 2021 with Extra Salt.

FaNg's journey with Complexity began following the acquisition of the aforementioned Extra Salt trio at the start of 2022. The lineup had moments of brilliance, offering legitimate signs of promise throughout the 18 months together. Unfortunately, Complexity with FaNg was unable to reach heights beyond a couple of fourth-place showings at LAN.

The announcement comes at an interesting time with Complexity becoming a frontrunner for Jonathan "EliGE" Jablanowski, a star rifler that is looking for a new home as of today following his official departure from Liquid. With the BLAST roster lock right around the corner, Complexity will have to work fast to find their new fifth, whoever that may be.
