Vendetta search the universe for a new Pluto

Dust2.us knows that Vendetta has begun the search for a new rifler as Saad "Pluto" Siraj is reportedly headed to ATK following a report from Dust2.us earlier today. The hunt for a replacement is needed soon as Vendetta are scheduled to play their first match of ESL Challenger League Season 44 against Mythic tomorrow at 08:00PM. The departure of Pluto was all but confirmed earlier today as his move to the ATK roster was noted in the ESEA transactions page.

Sources have told Dust2.us that there are several people on Vendetta's shortlist, but they are focused on bringing in Silas "silas" Marrufo from Disconnected. The team have apparently already spoken with the player and are hoping that he makes a decision soon. Should silas decline to join the squad, Vendetta will look to former ATK and North America stalwart, Ian "motm" Hardy.

The departure of Pluto is a hard hit for Vendetta, who recently punched above their weight by claiming victory in the first IEM Brazil NA Open Qualifier where they took wins off of ATK and Nouns. Vendetta have advanced to the closed qualifier where they will compete against Complexity, paiN, and the winner of the second IEM Brazil NA Open Qualifier for a single spot at IEM Brazil.

Vendetta will need to solidify their squad soon as they are scheduled to play Mythic tomorrow at 08:00PM for the first match of ESL Challenger League.
