moose secures P1 visa
eUnited players Anthony "vanity" Malaspina and Kaleb "moose" Jayne have jointly announced that the latter's American visa issues have been resolved.
Due to these issues, moose was unable to join his team in Los Angeles for the second stage of ESL Pro League Season 9. Utilizing Ian "motm" Hardy as a stand-in, the team were able to muster close series against Cloud9 and Ghost, but ultimately fell short.
Dust2.us has been informed that moose has been granted a P1 visa, which is a visa specifically for athletes and athletic support staff. The visa will entitle the Canadian to "perform for payment or prize money", and should be valid for a period of up to five years.
While the news is obviously fantastic for eUnited and moose, visa issues still persist for North American teams with international players, including Renegades' Sean "Gratisfaction" Kaiwai and Complexity's Ricardo "Rickeh" Mulholland.
