Update: CLASIA removed from Evil Geniuses
As first reported by Dust2.us, Anthony "CLASIA" Kearney has been removed from Evil Geniuses' extended lineup less than two months after joining the project. While details on his removal are sparse, Dust2.us understands that his removal is for an out-of-server issue and he will be replaced in short order by Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz.
CLASIA's exit from Evil Geniuses is a disappointing end to a fruitful period for the young player, having found great success after rejoining his former RBG teammates in March 2022. His original tenure with the team ended in the leadup to Fragadelphia 15, as he was cut in favor of Jordon "jitter" Ruggiero. At the time, Jadan "HexT" Postma told Dust2.us that CLASIA was removed from the squad due to attitude issues.
After some soul searching while playing with ChocoCheck and Gaimin Gladiators, CLASIA told Dust2.us in an extended interview that he was working hard to become a better teammate while lamenting that his bad reputation was holding him back.
CLASIA and Evil Geniuses did not respond to a request for comment when reached out to by Dust2.us.
EG.CD are now:

Colby "Walco" Walsh
-
Jerric "wiz" Jiang
-
Jadan "HexT" Postma
-
Connor "chop" Sullivan

EG.CD are reportedly set to announce stanislaw in short order ahead of the start of ESL Challenger League Season 42 on August 16th.
Update: Following the publication of this article, CLASIA told Dust2.us he was removed from Evil Geniuses for lingering attitude issues that weren't being handled in a way the team was happy with. He also confirmed that he is still under contract with Evil Geniuses.
