Report: Evil Geniuses veteran poised for return; CLASIA sidelined
According to sources close to the situation, Dust2.us understands that Evil Geniuses are set to part ways with Anthony "CLASIA" Kearney less than two months after he joined as part of EG's Blueprint Project. In his place the contingent of Evil Geniuses led by Colby "Walco" Walsh, colloquially known as EG.CD, are targeting Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz to join the roster. This move would see stanislaw return to his former organization after leaving the team in November 2021.
CLASIA's exit from Evil Geniuses is the latest in a series of reported and actual changes that have affected the composition of the organization in the past four months. Notably, Evil Geniuses' massive lineup just came off of a five-week long bootcamp at the organization's headquarters.
The addition of stanislaw creates an interesting role overlap for EG.CD as stanislaw looks to return to calling at the top level. Should stanislaw take over calling, it would notably be Walco's first time handing over the reigns since taking over leadership of the squad since Austin "gmanchew" Vieira retired from RBG in late 2020.
Evil Geniuses declined to comment when reached out to by Dust2.us.
