cxzi joins Strife

Strife have announced Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk as the final addition to the team, confirming earlier reporting from Dust2.us stating that he was earmarked to join the team.

This news caps off a flurry of changes for the North American side, beginning with the recruitment of Christian "crisby" Schmitt as coach, the removal of Dylan "SATURN" Finch and Brett "brett" Rhein, and the recent addition of Paul "aris" Wilson to the team.

Prior to standing in for Strife at Fragadelphia 16: Chicago, cxzi was the standout player for Triumph in ESEA Premier Season 39, posting a 1.21 rating across 24 maps played; helping Triumph to 7th-8th place finish in playoffs. His rating is particularly impressive as it was cxzi's first season as a primary AWPer, previously playing a hybrid role earlier in his career. Despite this strong showing on the big green gun, cxzi will be returning to a rifling role with Strife as per the team's announcement.

This new-look Strife will look to improve on a 13th-14th finish in ESEA Premier Season 39, which was a far cry from the team's fourth-place finish in the previous season.
