DreamHack announce invites for Open Winter Closed Qualifier
DreamHack have announced the four teams invited to the North America closed qualifier for the upcoming DreamHack Winter event. The closed qualifier will take place this Sunday, October 28th.
All four invited teams are currently in action in one of the two online leagues, ESL Pro and ECS. First up sees Dreamhack Open (semi-)regular teams eUnited and Luminosity, with both teams set to have attended at least three DreamHack Open events this year. This will also be the first tournament eUnited will take part in with Pujan "FNS" Mehta as a full member, with the IGL replacing Brandon "Ace" Winn on the roster.
The next two teams invited are Rogue and Spacestation. Rogue are currently in a state of flux with their roster, with the position of IGL still undecided, however are looking to take part in their first DreamHack event since Austin in June. Spacestation are invited to their second DreamHack qualifier in a row, this time looking to one-up the second place performance in the Atlanta qualifier.

The open qualifier for DreamHack Winter starts tomorrow, October 26th, with registration still open until 8 PM EDT. The top four teams from the open qualifier will join the four invited teams in the closed qualifier, with just one team headed to the event in Sweden.
