DreamHack announce new Rotterdam stop for 2019
DreamHack have announced a partnership with Rotterdam Ahoy to host a DreamHack Open in Rotterdam, Netherlands, the organizer announced in a press release. The event is set to take place from October 18th to 20th next year.
During 2018, DreamHack will have nine events in North America and Europe. Rotterdam is the first event announced for the 2019 season and is the first DreamHack in the Netherlands. Based on previous years, the events we can expect to also be included in the 2019 season for sure are Tours, Austin, Summer, and Winter.
DreamHack will also likely host at least two Masters events, which boast a much higher prize pool, more teams, and more diverse qualifiers. The most recent DreamHack event to complete was Montreal, which saw Kinguin hoist the trophy over ENCE.
