A bit of a change for oNe; mch out
oNe have made a surprise roster change, replacing Jean "mch" Michel D'Oliveira with Bruno "bit" Lima, who recently announced his free agency. bit had most recently played with NTC/NoTag, before being benched from the lineup when the team made their own changes.
HLTV.org had been previously informed that the player was set to join oNe, which has now been confirmed by his presence on the team's ESEA roster.
The oNe roster is now:
- Pedro "Maluk3" Campos
- Victor "iDk" Torraca
- Alencar "trk" Rossato
- Nicolas "NikoM" Miozzi
- Bruno "bit" Lima
- Olavo "cky" Napoleão (Coach)
The move is perhaps questionable, considering that mch and bit are nearly twins, statistically speaking. Still, it should be taken into account that bit has attended events with better opponents.
mch had been part of oNe for nearly a year, joining in October of 2017, shortly before bit departed to link up with what would become 100 Thieves. During his time with the team, he led them to a fourth place finish at WESG 2017, and a berth in ESEA MDL just one month after their move to the United States.
The Brazilian team are currently at home in Brazil, but are set to return to Las Vegas on September 23rd, after which they will begin their MDL Season 29 campaign, with their first matches set to pit them against AZIO and Bravado.
The team are also currently competing in the Gfinity Winter playoffs, where they notched an upper bracket win against Stormborns. It is not currently known if mch will still play for the team in Gfinity, due to roster lock, or if coach Olavo "cky" Napoleão will step in.
UPDATE: oNe have posted an announcement confirming mch's exit.
