Uber to Your Crib drop off KMZ^BN; picked up by Rectify
Former Uber to Your Crib star Ezekiel "KMZ^BN" Hughes has linked up with Sam "mizeQ" Mize and Bilal "SPAMMER" Ali on Focal Point, a new Advanced squad that, with KMZ^BN's help, made it through the qualification cups hosted by ESEA in late August.
In the meantime, the remaining quartet of Uber to Your Crib players have been signed by Rectify, an esports organization that previously fielded teams in ESEA Open and ESEA Main which kNIGHTMARE had been a part of. To fill the spot vacated by KMZ^BN, Rectify have picked up Russell "russell" T. as their fifth player for the season.
Uber to Your Crib had an opportunity to compete for a slot in MDL back in August, reaching the final stage of the Advanced Pre-Relegation qualifier for MDL before opting to drop out due to "player issues" before their match against Glockoma.
Shortly after their forfeit, KMZ^BN was seen playing in the Advanced qualifier alongside SPAMMER and co. under the tag Focal Point, where they eventually claimed victory in the finals to qualify for Season 29 of Advanced.
Focal Point have also acquired the services of popular Canadian caster Keith "Seaside" LaFortune, whom they will field as a coach as Advanced gets underway. Seaside previously had a brief stint as a coach for Mask Off in MDL Season 27.
With the changes, the two rosters look as follows:
