ben1337 out of Test Takers; Slemmy and no_one join
Turmoil continues in the Test Takers camp, as Ben "ben1337" Smith has decided to step down from the team. Bringing the team back to full strength will be former Selfless teammates Alec "Slemmy" White and Matthew "no_one" Congdon, Dust2.us has learned.
ben1337 explained his decision in a Tweet, saying he had "rushed into joining a new team":
no_one has spent the better part of the past year playing with subtLe in MDL, while Slemmy has been mostly inactive since departing the compLexity starting roster earlier in the year.
The Test Takers roster currently is:
- David "Toy" Han
- Tyson "TenZ" Ngo
- Dylan "RIKO" Sabin-Arnce
- Alec "Slemmy" White
- Matthew "no_one" Congdon
- Kyle "flowsicK" Mendez (Coach)
While Test Takers first two matches were set to take place against Fam143 and Forty Six & 2 in the next few days, both matches have now been postponed. Dust2.us have learned that due to Slemmy being away from home for the next week, ben1337 will stand-in for the team until his return.
Based on a Tweet from team elder statesman David "Toy" Han, it seems that no_one may have changed one stream team for another — albeit it will see him avoid playing a season in Advanced with his former team.
Dust2.us knows that subtLe are interested in picking up free agents Jack "xCeeD" Holiman and Ian "motm" Hardy. Whether either player is up for playing a season of Advanced is in question, however.
