Monstars lose Tex, look to gobble up food and Toy
Ian "Tex" Botsch has announced that he is no longer a part of Monstars and is looking for a team to play Season 29. He is the second player to leave the team after Alex "aproto" Protopapas joined Vision yesterday.
The team is currently signed up for the IEM Chicago qualifier with RESOLUTE duo Victor "food" Wong and David "Toy" Han, interesingly under the name RESOLUTE. Dust2.us knows that food and Toy are currently under consideration by the team.
This would also serve as a reunion between Toy and David "Xp3" Garrido, Kyle "flowsicK" Mendez, and Dylan "RIKO" Sabin-Arnce who all played together on Denial in 2017.
Here is the roster of Monstars for the IEM Chicago qualifier:
- David "Xp3" Garrido
- Dylan "RIKO" Sabin-Arnce
- Austin "crashies" Roberts
- Victor "food" Wong
- David "Toy" Han
- Kyle "flowsicK" Mendez (Coach)
It is expected Monstars will sign with RESOLUTE, though unknown what will happen with the other MDL spot.
