DreamHack Open Montreal set to be ez 4 ENCE
After narrowly missing out on qualifying for the Major, DreamHack have announced that the Finnish team of ENCE are heading their way to Montreal for the $100,000 event in the city.
With the tournament overlapping with the first stage of the Major in London this September, only teams that missed out on reaching the tournament are able to attend. ENCE narrowly missed through finishing third in the Europe Minor, having suffered a 2-0 loss to NiP in the lower bracket final.
With the event set to start just under a month away, September 7th-9th, there are still seven other spots at the tournament left to be announced. With the clashing schedules, one of the leading candidates for an invite will be NRG, who failed to reach the Major but are coming off the back of lifting the IEM Shanghai trophy last weekend.
