MidWestLAN 20 announced for October
MidWestLAN have announced their next event, in cooperation with Mad City. MidWestLAN 20 is set to run from October 12 to October 14, taking place at the Madison Marriot West in Middleton, Wisconsin.
The event will be BYOC, with no computers available for rent at the venue. There is no maximum to the amount of teams that may participate, but the organizers expect 24 to attend. If that is to be the case, the prize pool will reach $3,600.
Mad City's last event saw the mix team Drip or Drown win the Chicago CS:GO Open, walking away with $7,000 for their troubles.
The event will start with a round robin group stage, after which the top ten teams will head to the double elimination playoffs.
For those interested in attending the event, registration is open now, starting at $45 until September 1st. For players who may not have a team to participate with, you can sign up as a ringer.
