Clutch Solutions in freefall after losing Skywalker and Bwills
Clutch Solutions has now lost three players from their roster, with Brendan "Bwills" Williams and Sahej "Skywalker" Dhillon leaving the roster following Nassir “rugrat” Francique's departure last night. Bwills cited internal issues as his reason for leaving the team on Twitter, while rugrat revealed yesterday that it was his decision to leave the team.
Sources close to the team tell Dust2.us that players on the team had issues with in-game leader David "Sneaky" Polster's attitude, and decided to leave the team after the CheckSix duo chose to remain together.
Sneaky and Josh "joshbM" Blier were seen playing in the ESL One New York Open Qualifier alongside RivaL duo Kevin "4pack" Przypasniak and Jakub "kuba" Matyskiewicz. Julian "jae" Leaveau from RivaL was also listed as a part of the roster, although he sat on the sidelines as Anthony "agony" Masterton played for the team in today's matches. It is unknown whether any of the four players will join the roster on a permanent basis.
The roster was unable to hold up in their second round matchup for the qualifier, dropping to the ESEA Advanced side of Armada.
This leaves Clutch Solutions to rebuild around:
- Josh “joshbM” Blier
- David "Sneaky" Polster
The team is set to take on FYB and Fam143 in back-to-back ESEA MDL matches tomorrow, with their first matchup pitting them up against Braxton "swag" Pierce and co. at 8:30 PM EDT. Their lineup for the matches is unknown at this time.
