compLexity add FNS to replace Slemmy, bring Rambo and Professor_Chaos in as staff
Transfer season continues as compLexity have made official the signing of former CLG IGL Pujan "FNS" Mehta to replace Alec "Slemmy" White. Also joining the team will be Ronald "Rambo" Kim, who returns to the US after a stint in Korea with MVP PK, replacing Matt "Warden" Dickens as coach. Finally, Andrew "Professor_Chaos" Heintz will be joining the team as an analyst.
Slemmy leaves after a nine-month stint as the IGL for compLexity, after joining from Selfless. FNS had been recently seen playing for compLexity in the second IEM Katowice 2018 qualifier, after now former coach Warden stood in for the first qualifier.
Rambo joins to bring a new angle of coaching to the squad, as Warden moves to a managerial role in the organization after holding a coaching role since 2015. The addition of Rambo had been teased in a number of tweets from the organization, as well as having been a member of the ESEA roster since mid-January.
The team makes the changes ahead of the next season of the ESL Pro League, as the team narrowly avoided relegation after finishing in 11th. Earlier today, compLexity's new formulation fell to Liquid in the opening round of the IEM Katowice Closed Qualifier.
The new compLexity line-up is:
- Rory "dephh" Jackson
- Brad "androidx23" Fodor
- Jacob "yay" Whiteaker
- Peter "ptr" Gurney
- Pujan "FNS" Mehta
- Ronald "Rambo" Kim (Coach)
- Andrew "Professor_Chaos" Heintz (Analyst)
- Matt "Warden" Dickens (Manager)
