CCT Season 2 NA Series 4 playoffs invites revealed

CCT have announced the invites for CCT Season 2 NA Series 4, seeing a number of top NA teams accept invites to the $20,000 event despite the event losing its VRS ranked status on January 17th.

Among the top teams set to attend the playoffs are BOSS, Marsborne, Nouns, NRG, and Party Astronauts.

The eight teams invited directly to playoffs will be joined by eight teams that emerged from the swiss stage following its conclusion on January 28th.

There were few surprises during the swiss stage, however it is worth pointing out that recently promoted ESL Challenger League teams InControl, Bad News Capybaras, and Chicken Coop all failed to make playoffs. This paved the way for ESEA Advanced squads MCS, Tsunami, and Ascend to make it to playoffs, with Ascend being particularly lucky as they received two forfeit wins in the Swiss Stage.
