Official: Party Astronauts add Walco and Axed

As first reported by Dust2.us, Party Astronauts have announced the additions of Colby "Walco" Walsh and Tommy "Axed" Ryan to the team's ranks, seeing the duo return to activity after extended periods of inactivity in 2024. The moves mark the end of an extended rebuild for Party Astronauts after adding Wesley "viz" Harris in early December and seeing Gage "Infinite" Green go to Nouns at the start of the year.

With the addition of the experienced duo, Party Astronauts will look to climb the rankings in 2025, with the team currently sitting at a less than ideal 22nd place on the VRS rankings. While there is still plenty of time to earn spots, this ranking places the team outside of earning a spot to the BLAST.tv Austin Major Americas MRQ event, with the goal of making a Major being of especially acute importance for the orgless squad.

While there have been some questions raised about Walco's ability to make up for the loss of Infinite's firepower, his wealth of experience along with that of Axed should help Party Astronauts in the tactics department for upcoming NA events.
