Amped lose one as school comes calling

DacS has elected to focus on school amidst a difficult season for Amped.

Last night Amped announced the departure of Dylan "DacS" Chaffin from their ESEA Advanced roster as the 22-year-old rifler has decided to take a step back from competition to focus on school.

DacS' decision to step away from Amped comes at a difficult time for the ESEA Advanced side as the team currently have a dismal 1-7 record in ESEA Advanced Season 51; with their sole win of the season being an overtime victory against StandOnBusiness. With the team currently being deep in relegation territory, bedding in a new player this late into the season may confound efforts for Amped to retain their spot in ESEA Advanced heading into 2025.

DaCS joined Amped back in April as part of the Philadelphia-based organization's first ESEA Advanced roster. During his time with the team, Amped attended a number of NA LANs including Fragadelphia x GXL 2024 in Cherry Hill and the recent Fragadelphia x Tap 2024 in Philadelphia's Chinatown.

Amped are now:

  • United States Thomas "bones" Degenhardt

  • United States Erantha "mang0" Arachchi

  • United States Cole "cole" Anderson

  • United States Zach "Stay_Classy" Behling

Amped will need to find a new fifth ahead of their next scheduled matchup against WICKED in ESEA Advanced Season 51 on November 4th.
