ESEA Advanced Season 50 reaches playoffs

A strong cadre of Advanced teams will be looking to move up to ECL.

ESEA Advanced Season 50 has reached playoffs, with 24 teams set to fight for a single direct spot in ESL Challenger League Season 49, coveted ECL Points, and a $7,000 top prize. Among the teams in the playoffs bracket this season include experienced stacks like undefined, MIGHT, and jahsdnmasjdm v2, alongside teams that have found success punching above their weight in recent like Final Form, Akimbo, and Homyno.

The first seed for playoffs was secured by the incomprehensibly named jahsdnmasjdm v2, who counts the likes of Stanley "calamity" Chiu, Fern "intra" Hak, and Israel "LEARSI" Vargas among their ranks. The team claimed the first seed after posting an 13-1 record while besting the likes of Akimbo, DETONATE, MIGHT, and undefined on the way.

Other notable teams include InControl, Eastern European stack Creeps, the Peruvians of Bluekillers, and a Mexican team named MarcaRegistrada. Outside of these favorites other squads worth keeping an eye on are HeadShot Kings, Take Flyte FRAUDS, and straykids, all of which contain experienced Advanced playoffs players.
