Limitless release roster amidst Relegation, uncertain future
Limitless have announced their decision to release their roster following the team's last-place finish in ESL Challenger League Season 47 Relegation, resulting in the team being demoted to ESEA Advanced post-player break. The team's demotion came after the team had to play Relegation with their coach and a stand-in, resulting in the team being quickly knocked out at the hands of E-Xolos LAZER and regain.
Limitless' own announcement follows multiple posts by members of the team announcing they would be considering their options for next season. At the time of publication, multiple members of the team had posted LFT tweets, most notably Brennan "grape" Greer, while others had told Dust2.us they were considering their options.
During the team's six months under Limitless results were hard to come by despite the core of the lineup spending multiple months together and the squad not making any roster changes during ECL S47. Overall, the squad's only notable wins were a handful of Bo1 victories over the likes of FLUFFY AIMERS and MIGHT, which ultimately saw the team end ECL S47 with a poor 5-23 record.
Limitless were:
-
Brennan "grape" Greer
-
Keanu "Danejoris" Reyes
-
Muhammad "Mellow" Ali
-
Leon "DooM" Palmer
-
Nikolaos "PoseidoNN" Antoniou
-
Sean "Coastal" Thompson (Coach)
