Complexity reveal details for their new PrizePicks NA Revival Series

It's time to save NA CS.

Complexity have revealed more details about their upcoming NA Revival Series which is sponsored by PrizePicks and works in conjunction with Mythic League.

The Texas-based organization will be hosting a year-long, monthly tournament that features some of the top teams in North America in regular $5,000 tournaments that are meant to revitalize the struggling region and also provide financial support to some of the younger professional players.

Beginning July 19th, the events will feature six of the the highest ranked North American teams with two teams coming into the finals from an open bracket competition. All matches will be broadcast on Complexity's Twitch and YouTube channels while Erik "fl0m" Flom will be hosting watchparties throughout the series to raise more awareness to some of the the lesser known squads.

“Nurturing and developing the North American Counter-Strike scene has been my top priority for years.” said Erik “fl0m” Flom, Founder of Mythic League. “Partnering Mythic League with Complexity, along with the incredible support from PrizePicks, will provide the community with the perfect opportunity to compete regularly.”

This will be Complexity's first venture into hosting events in Counter-Strike, however that does not concern the company from diving in head first. “Complexity is incredibly excited to help bring this series to the NA CS community,” said Jason Lake, Founder & CEO of Complexity Gaming. “For far too long there has been no group willing to step up and offer consistent opportunities for our players. That ends today. I’m grateful to PrizePicks and fl0m’s Mythic League for partnering with us, and I ask the community to support this effort throughout the series.”

The announcement of the NA Revival Series is extremely welcome in the region following the presumed demise of ESEA Cash Cups in North America. The NA Revival Series is part of a wider effort by Complexity's founder and owner Jason Lake to revive competition in the NA scene, with a planned LAN event still on the cards after being postponed in mid-April.
