Party Astronauts RUSH in their replacement

Shortly after losing William "RUSH" Wierzba to Nouns last night, Party Astronauts announced that Gage "Infinite" Green had joined the orgless team as his replacement. The addition of Infinite marks the player's return to activity after being dropped by Wildcard in mid-March following the team's lackluster PGL Major Copenhagen Americas RMR showing.

The move sees Infinite return to Party Astronauts for a second stint under the tag after playing for the team from April 2021 to January 2022. While Ben "ben1337" Smith is the only other player in common between the two rosters, Infinite will also be reuniting with Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk with whom he played with on Forsaken before the team were signed by Wildcard.

While the loss of RUSH is undoubtedly a huge shakeup for Party Astronauts, the team are likely hoping Infinite can provide a modest bump in firepower while taking over some of the lurker roles he is known for playing.

With their roster restored to full strength, Party Astronauts will now aim to return to full strength and hope for no more roster changes as they prepare for ESL Challenger Jönköping, which is set to start on June 14th.

Party Astronauts will play their first match with Infinite tonight as they take on FLUFFY AIMERS at 09:00PM in ESL Challenger League Season 47.
