NAF celebrates six years on Liquid

Team Liquid has undergone several changes in the last few years as they have reshaped their cores and identity multiple times. One of the constant features throughout those changes has been Kieth "NAF" Markovic who is now celebrating his sixth year within the organization.

The 26-year-old rifler has been in the team since he joined from Renegades in early 2018 to replace the outgoing AWPer Josh "jdm64" Marzano. The move was questioned at the time as it left Liquid with no out-and-out AWPer, leaving the responsibilities to Nick "nitr0" Cannella and the newly acquired Canadian.

This was not NAF's first stint on Liquid, having originally represented the organization in early 2015 for a period of two months before eventually being replaced by Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski, who would go on to stay on Liquid until June 2024.

Despite the several iteration changes, NAF and EliGE remained as staples of the Liquid lineup even as the Canadian flirted with a potential move to Evil Geniuses. He would turn down the offer from the Seattle-based organization and eventually would label their management as some of the worst he's ever talked to. It worked out in the end for NAF as Evil Geniuses has essentially folded as an organization.
