Liquid rebuff NAVI's efforts to acquire YEKINDAR
Earlier today, Russian leaker harumi claimed that Ukrainian organization Natus Vincere was in talks with Liquid to potentially acquire Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis. The news follows the shock announcement by Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev that he would be temporarily stepping down from NAVI's roster to take a break from competition.
However, Liquid fans do not need to worry as Liquid's Steve "jokasteve" Perino confirmed to Dust2.us on record that while NAVI has inquired about YEKINDAR, Liquid noted he is not for sale. Liquid are obviously keen to hold onto YEKINDAR amidst their star-studded rebuild of the roster that, as reported by Dust2.us would see YEKINDAR joined by Keith "NAF" Markovic, Casper "cadiaN" Møller, Felipe "skullz" Medeiros, Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken, and Wilton "zews" Prado.
