Fragadelphia set to hold socially distanced event
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Fragadelphia have announced that they will be running an online tournament in place of a LAN to celebrate the event's sixth anniversary. A maximum of 32 teams will be able to participate in the event, with the potential prize pool topping out at $2,750, and also including spots in Rank G and Rank G qualifiers.
Players can register individually for $21, or rosters can enter as a team for $103.
The event's double-elimination bracket will run from April 14th to April 26th, with all matches streamed on the Fragadelphia Twitch account.
Assuming a full complement of teams, the prize pool looks as follows:
1. $1,500 + Rank G
2. $750 + Rank G qualifier
3. $500 + Rank G qualifier
The tournament organizer also noted that they will be announcing their plans for future LANs shortly.
