Swole Patrol and ex-Singularity set to join forces
There has been an exodus from ex-Singularity/New Identity's ESEA roster, seeing Sebastian "Seb" Bucki, Skyler "Relyks" Weaver, and manager Jeremy "Jeremy9000" Gray depart. All three have now joined the ESEA roster of fellow EPL Season 10 team Swole Patrol.
The flurry of activity leaves only Michael "dapr" Gulino and Will "dazzLe" Loafman remaining on the ex-Singularity roster. The latter parted ways with the team several weeks ago, shortly before the remaining players were also released. It is not known if either player will join the combined project.
Also present is Russian import Maxim "wippie" Shepelev, who was recently released from Chaos in favor of Anthony "vanity" Malaspina. However, Dust2.us have been informed that he is not part of the team's plans moving forward.
As of now, the Swole Patrol ESEA roster is comprised of:
- Braxton "swag" Pierce
- Jason "neptune" Tran
- Jake "kaboose" McDonald
- Sebastian "seb" Bucki
- Skyler "Relyks" Weaver
- Daniel "fRoD" Montaner (Coach)
New Identity were invited to the ESL One Rio 2020 Americas Minor Closed Qualifier, which this new configuration would be expected to play in. Complicating things are the facts that Jake "kaboose" McDonald is already committed to play the same event with Chaos, and that Braxton "swag" Pierce is obviously not able to participate either.
With ESEA MDL Season 33 underway as of last night, it behooves the combined team to figure things out sooner rather than later.
