What to expect from Complexity v. NIP
It's the first day of the second half of 2023 and roster moves are about to be put to the test. Both the Ninjas and Complexity made moves over the summer. While Complexity added Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski in a pretty one-for-one plug-and-play position, NIP shook up their whole structure, bringing Hampus "hampus" Poser back into the fold. Both are looking to prove that they've become legitimate contenders after the break, so this opening match is all-important to set the tone for the rest of the year.
hampus back in the driver's seat
With hampus back on the roster, the question will be if he's able to wrangle the roster as well as fill the shoes of Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen, who has since moved on to greener pastures. It will be interesting to see how the system changes under hampus' lead. In any case, the firepower is clearly still with the roster, so they are a veritable force to be reckoned with. Do not underestimate this roster by any means.

EliGE is the new FaNg
As I wrote in this article, EliGE will inhabit almost all of the same spots as FaNg, the difference being is EliGE output much more from those positions. We can expect him to be a pretty straight upgrade over the outgoing Canadian. However, after Katowice of this year, it was a very mediocre season. Will EliGE be enough to bring them over the line? Did Complexity do enough over the break to bring them back into true international competition?
