BHOP returns to CS:GO
Illinois-based esports organization BHOP has announced its return to CS:GO with the acquisition of X13's roster. The acquisition comes after X13 qualified to ESL Challenger League Season 45 by winning ESEA Advanced Season 44 over Take Flyte in a five-map series.
BHOP previously hosted a squad in ESL Challenger League from May to October 2022. This squad featured the likes of Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz, Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk, and Christopher "Swahn" Swahn in various iterations, finding modest success in domestic competitions.
James "Gonzo" Madden told Dust2.us that the lineup made the decision to jump from X13 to BHOP due to the latter organization being able to better support the team in their first season of ECL.
BHOP is now:
-
Aidan "Feral" Wood
-
Andrew "Andrew" Burrell
-
James "Gonzo" Madden
-
Drew "drewtheshrew" Lamb
-
Mohamed "Penguin Algadir
-
Byron "mst" Masterson (Coach)
-
Lucas "icee" Baccay (Analyst)
BHOP will make its debut in ESL Challenger League Season 45 against Nouns on April 18th.
