New England Whalers replace Torres with caike
New England Whalers have announced the addition of Caike "caike" Costa Da Silva to their CS:GO roster.
The Whalers later on revealed that due to personal reasons, Leonardo "Torres" De Souza requested to step down from the roster and will be parting ways with the team moving forward. Torres has been a part of the roster since March this year, most notably helping them qualify for the next season of Advanced after being in ESEA Main since Season 25.
After leaving Falkol in July, caike is back in action as the newest addition of the Whalers. The player has played in various Brazilian teams during his career including the likes of FURIA, oNe and Red Reserve.
With the recent changes, New England Whalers' roster now looks like this:
Felipe "pavelzinho" Costa- Heloy "hellzaoo" Nelson
- Yan "yepz" Pedretti
- Rafael "saffee" Costa
- Caike "caike" Costa
- Jeffrey "slv" Gomes (Coach)
The team will look to build upon their recent success in the upcoming season of ESEA Advanced starting at the end of this month.
