Rugratz head west with Kansas City Pioneers
Days after adding David "Sneaky" Polster to their starting lineup, Rugratz has found a new organization to call home.
Kansas City Pioneers is a brand new organization to both CS:GO and esports as a whole, having been publicly founded on July 21st with the goal of making Kansas City an "Esports Mecca". We spoke with founder "LJ" about the formation of the organization and their acquisition of the Rugratz roster:
I've been in the esports scene for a quite a while, and I surf through gamepedias all day and night to see who our next roster might be. Rugratz caught my eye and become a favorite. Our goals as an organization along with the team is to build a significant partnership with one another along with winning the upcoming MDL season and placing great in MSI MGA as well as the Mythic Cup. Our team is currently training hard every day with potential 5th's, and we will have more info on that soon. We have received the warmest of welcomes from the CS:GO community, and expect to give back nothing but greatness!

Kansas City Pioneer's debut event will be the MSI MGA Closed Qualifier on August 10th.
