June FPL-C qualifier adds another five players to Challenger circuit
The June qualifier for FPL-C took place this past weekend, welcoming another five players into the Challenger circuit. Those players are: Khizar "MoMo" Rehman, Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly, Zac "zaK" Bassett, Bryan "HavoK" Kuzawinski, and Bucky "MrKaiser" Kaiser.
MoMo and HavoK tied for first place having both won ten of the thirteen matches they played, while nosraC took home third by dropping just two out of the eleven matches he played. UK 1.6 player zaK slotted in just behind nosraC with an 89% winrate, starting off with a six game winstreak before being handed his first and only loss for the weekend.
The fifth and final slot was claimed by MrKaiser, who played the highest number of matches out of the top five at 14. He managed to equal MoMo and HavoK's ten total wins, although the extra loss and less concurrent wins resulted in a lower overall finish. Former FPL-C promotee Dor "w0rblas" Skakun just missed out on regaining a slot in the division as he ended the weekend in sixth place, winning eleven of the 17 matches he played.
