MDL Recap Week 3 - ATK and oNe pull ahead
The third week of MDL Season 31 has come to an end, with a number of teams making changes to their roster following lackluster results in league play and qualifiers.
A total of nineteen matches were played over the past week, with ATK and oNe both continuing to have flawless seasons with 6-0 records. A trio of matches were played by Front this week, with Singularity, ex-Zone, and BLITZKRIEG all taking wins in the matchups to send Front down to the bottom of the table, where they now rest with a 0-5 record.
Singularity were dealt a swift 4-16 loss by Bad News Bears, who went 1-1 this week to remain in the middle of the table. The departure of Tyson "TenZ" Ngo has yet to manifest in the team's results, with their next matchup against FURIA being the first league match where the young Canadian will be absent from the roster. The Brazilians were notably absent this week, although the team have now scheduled twelve of their remaining fourteen matches to play out over the next five days as they prepare to make their way to DreamHack Masters Dallas at the end of the month.
