SoaR Gaming win Novastar LAN
The rising North American talent of SoaR Gaming cemented their first LAN victory as a team this past weekend at Novastar LAN. The event was held at Novastar Gaming in Kansas City, Kansas, and was set to have a hefty prize pool of $10,000. Due to a lack of participants the payout was significantly reduced.
SoaR took home $1,000 and gained some of that desired LAN experience that teams looking to climb the regional rankings need. The team is currently sitting in fifth place in the ESEA MDL Season 26 standings for North America. They have also made it to the playoffs of CEVO Main Season 13, which they began last night with a win over porkSports.
The SoaR Gaming roster consists of:
- Jack "xCeed" Holiman
- Logan "Voltage" Long
- Ryan "Snakes" Amann
- Michael "Grim" Wince
- Matthew "mCe" Elmore
- Teric "Bibby" Ingram (Coach)
Note: An earlier version of the article mistakenly said the event was held in Denver, Colorado.
