ESL One New York talent announced
With the event set to take place in just under two months' time, the analysis and commentary team for the event has been announced by ESL for their event in New York this September.
The talent for the eight-team event, a spot on the Intel Grand Slam, is filled with former players and well known members of the talent team, even whilst clashing with the BLAST Pro Series event in Istanbul. The staple of all ESL events, OJ Borg, is set to host the stage at the Barclays Centre, with Tres "stunna" Saranthus lining up as host on the analysis desk.
He will be joined by two former professional players, Australian Chad "SPUNJ" Burchill and recently retired Mathieu "Maniac" Quieuerez, who continues his transition into this new role having recently worked on two of the Minor championship events. Finally, Ducan "Thorin" Shields will also join the desk on the eastern seaboard.
Well known commentary duo Matthew "Sadokist" Trivett and Henry "HenryG" Greer will be making an appearance at the event as one pair, with Alex "Machine" Richardson and Lauren "Pansy" Scott being the other. This event marks Machine's first time back in the casting chair since September last year, having focused more on a hosting role since then.
