Groups and Matchups drawn for ESEA S25 Global Challenge
Eight teams who fought their way to Burbank have been divided into two groups.
Season 25 of ESEA's Global Challenge will commence this weekend, where we'll see eight teams competing for their share of a $50,000 prize pool. The Intel Esports Arena in Burbank, California will play host to three North American teams who were the frontrunners in their online season of ESEA's Mountain Dew League (MDL). There they will meet two European and two Australian squads who also led their regions online, with TeamOne from Brazil's ESEA Open division rounding out the groups.

A double elimination best-of-one group stage will see half of the teams out of the tournament, and the other half through to the single elimination, best-of-three playoffs.
