lanhero sees a future with Guerrilla Tactics
Guerrilla Tactics has announced the addition of Alex "lanhero" Suarez to their roster. The move comes almost a week after the Spanish player was dropped by Vision in favor of Andy "vSa" Xu.
During his tenure with Vision, lanhero led his team through multiple American events, with the team winning Tokyo in Tulsa 2 and placing 2nd in the MDL S28 playoffs. Replacing the 29-year-old Don "b33f" Frain, lanhero will likely lead the team as its new in-game-leader going forward in Season 28 of Advanced.
As well as announcing the team's new in-game-leader, Guerrilla Tactics also announced the addition of Manuel "Simple" Mieres as the team's head coach. The Mexican 30-year-old formerly played for QuetzaL, qualifying for the ROG Masters 2017 Americas closed qualifier before being eliminated by Bee's Money Crew.
Guerilla Tactics' full roster is now:
- Jazzy "Ematics" Kruczynski
- Zander "FIEND" Bates
- Aleksandar "ALEKSANDAR" Hinojosa
- Ethan "ReckMONSTER" Serrano
- Alex "lanhero" Suarez
- Manuel "Simple" Mieres (Coach)
Guerrilla Tactics are currently playing in the ESEA Advanced 9th place decider for a chance to play in MDL Relegation. Their first match in the bracket will be against CERUS on August 22nd at 9:30 PM EDT.
