Wildcard sign Slovak IGL to lead academy team
For their third academy signing, Wildcard have unveiled Michal "T4gg3D" Vrzal as the IGL of their European academy team, seeing the 20 year old join Leo "Wonder" Wänlund and Sebastian "fr3nd" Kuśmierz on the international team.
Like his new teammates, T4gg3D joins Wildcard Academy after spending the majority of his career within his region's domestic scene, with T4gg3D spending the past two years plying his trade on the Czecho-Slovak Sampi lineup. There the IGL rubbed shoulders with a number of notable players including future Fnatic player Matúš "matys" Šimko, the legendary Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács, and briefly SINNERS' Jindřich "ZEDKO" Chyba.
The move to an international squad will be a significant challenge for T4gg3D especially as he has had been a part of a long-term project since early 2024, playing on mixteams in the wider European scene.
Wildcard Academy now consists of:
-
Leo "Wonder" Wänlund
-
Sebastian "fr3nd" Kuśmierz
-
Michal "T4gg3D" Vrzal
-
Łukasz "splawik" Jahns (Coach)
