CCT announce Global Finals 2025 details with one spot for NA teams

CCT have announced details for their 2025 Global Finals event, a $150,000 online tournament that is set to run form April 24th to the 27th. The event will feature eight teams, with six squads coming from the European VRS and two squads from the Americas representing North America and South America.

The event only having one spot for NA teams will likely come as a disappointment to some, especially as CCT have run few events in North America compared to other regions. However, with the event also being online it may not prove to be a huge draw for teams especially as 2025 is set to be another busy year in the CS2 scene.

The inaugural CCT Global Finals last year saw Eternal Fire best Liquid in the finals after Liquid made it all the way to the finals as the only NA squad in attendance.
