UNCORE talent agency expand NA presence with reported COL addition
Up-and-coming North American player Nick "nicx" Lee has been picked up by UNCORE, the player agency founded by former Evil Geniuses and Copenhagen Flames coach Daniel "Vorborg" Vorborg.
UNCORE announced the signing on January 2nd, hours before Dust2.us reported that nicx is heading to Complexity alongside fellow NA player Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk to complete in tier-one for the first time in his career.
nicx played for several NA teams since 2021, and was last seen playing for LAG and Nouns, the latter during a brief trial. Should the move to Complexity materialize, the 20-year-old will gain a lot of experience attending tournaments overseas.
According to Vorborg himself, UNCORE wanted to expand its presence in North America and the signing of nicx is "one of the many steps" the agency is taking to make that a reality.
UNCORE is most known for its presence in Europe as it represents notable players such as Nico "nicoodoz" Tamjidi and Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen. The agency expanded its operations to North America last year by signing NRG rifler Jadan "HexT" Postma.
