artStar is the latest VALORANT player to return to CS

Another former Dignitas player returns to play Impact

Hyperion have received a direct invite into ESL Impact League.

Today, Dust2.us has confirmed the inception of a new ESL Impact roster that is set to compete in ESL Impact League Season 4. This new squad, named Hyperion, is helmed by former Dignitas fe player Carolyn "artStar" Noquez, who joins her former teammates, Emmalee "EMUHLEET" Garrido and Amanda "rain" Smith, in making the return from VALORANT amid renewed opportunities in the women's CS scene.

Alongside artStar are a number of established names in the NA women's scene: Kimberly "Kimmy" Nelson of Please Send Bocks, Megan "Kionetta* Kirkland of Detonate SparX, and Natalia "Natty" Jackson, who last played for Silhouette in 2020. Rounding out the roster is Anna "lyeku" Lu, who's most notable team was Davenport D3 in 2022.

Fortunately for Hyperion, they won't have to wait long to compete as the team have been invited to replace Detonate SparX in ESL Impact League Season 4 due to SparX being unable to field a complete roster.

Hyperion consists of:

  • United States Carolyn "artStar" Noquez

  • Kimberly "Kimmy" Nelson

  • United States Megan "Kionetta" Kirkland

  • United States Natalia "Natty" Jackson

  • United States Anna "lyeku" Lu

ESL Impact League Season 4 is set to begin on September 13th.
