Wildcard couldn't get past Astralis and device

Astralis knock Wildcard out of BLAST Bounty Season 1

stanislaw and his men will now focus on preparing for IEM Katowice.

Wildcard's campaign at BLAST Bounty Season 1 is over following a defeat to Astralis in the Round of 32 on January 15th.

Wildcard chose to play against Astralis but they failed to claim the $15,000 bounty despite their best efforts. In part, it was because Nicolai "device" Reedtz showed no signs of rust at all and completely decimated Wildcard on Inferno, the first map of the series. The Dane got 27 kills in his first map played since November 2024, pushing Astralis to win by 13-8.

Although device wasn't as inspired on Mirage as he was on Inferno, Wildcard ran into all sorts of problems on the CT-side and only managed to win four rounds. The match was practically sealed after Astralis locked in their CT-side pistol and they went on to dominate Wildcard to secure an easy 13-5 victory.
