Complexity bootcamps in Poland
While other teams are battling it out at IEM Rio, which Complexity were almost a part of had they not fallen to MIBR in two best-of-threes that ended up going to 2 AM ET, the team have traveled to Poland this week for a bootcamp ahead of the Major and ESL Challenger Melbourne 2023.
With the groups revealed earlier this morning, it looks like Complexity have an easier group with EG Black and Grayhound the two biggest threats to a playoff run, while the other group has Liquid killers Rare Atom, Bad News Eagles, and Riders.
Complexity are currently bootcamping at the Kinguin Performance Facilities in Warsaw, Poland. For one Ricky "floppy" Kemery, he is back at the space since the COVID-19 Pandemic days when he played with Cloud9.
For the squad, they will be getting invaluable practice against European opposition before flying to Australia after the weekend to get adjusted to timezone change and prepare for the LAN. After the Melbourne competition is completed, they will then fly back to Europe, and then fly to Paris the weekend of the Major.
After Paris, Complexity will then head to IEM Dallas, which features three other North American sides in Liquid, Evil Geniuses, and Nouns. However, this will be the last stop for each of the American teams as the top level professional season effectively ends.
